Shipping and Shopping
For orders delivered to an Australian address Vere offers free delivery. For all orders delivered outside an Australian address, International orders, will attract a Postage and Handling fee depending on the destination and quantity of product shipped.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Online orders must be paid at the time of submitting the order by credit card or Paypal. An alternative to ordering online however, is to order over the phone and pay by credit card over the phone. If you wish to do this, contact us via the Contact Us section of the website and state the products you are interested in. Please ensure you provide a daytime telephone number so we can contact you during normal working hours. Your order will be delivered when credit card funds are cleared into Vere’s bank account.
First Time Vere User
If you are a first time user of Vere or you are experimenting with new Vere products we recommend you visit a Vere stockist for a face-to-face consultation.
Alternatively, please call us on 61-3-9597-0162 or contact us via the Contact Us section of the website to receive advice over the phone or via email. A consultation will ensure your product choice is appropriate for your skin type.
Gift Wrapping and special requests
Gift wrapping is available upon request. To add a request to your order, please add this to the comments section of your order.
Only items purchased on the Vere website can be returned to Vere for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Vere will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it. All items must be returned to: Vere PO Box 1145 Hampton North VIC Australia 3188
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Vere.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Vere will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Vere to process any refund or exchange. Please telephone 61-3-9597-0162 or email to email@example.com in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that Vere can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Vere. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Australian Order: Where the Order is to be delivered to a domestic Australian address, Vere will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 7 business days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays) from the date you submit your order. You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by Australia Post registered mail and couriers.
Please note Vere Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.
International Order: Vere does ship internationally and all international orders (address outside of Australia) will attract a Postage and Handling fee depending on the destination and quantity of product shipped.
